Job Title: Azure DevOps TrainerJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Azure DevOps Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students, working professionals, and corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps best practices. The trainer should be able to explain concepts clearly using practical demonstrations, real-time scenarios, and hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Explain DevOps fundamentals, principles, workflows, and best practices.
- Provide hands-on training on Azure DevOps Services, Azure Repos, Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines, Azure Test Plans, and Azure Artifacts.
- Teach Git, version control, branching strategies, merging, and pull requests.
- Demonstrate CI/CD pipeline creation and implementation.
- Train participants on YAML pipelines, build and release pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Cover application deployment to Azure services using Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Explain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep, as applicable.
- Provide practical exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and container deployment workflows.
- Demonstrate integration with monitoring, security, and DevSecOps tools.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments,



and hands-on lab exercises.
- Guide trainees through real-time projects, troubleshooting scenarios, and interview preparation.
- Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Valuable understanding of Git and source code management.
- Experience with YAML-based pipelines and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of Azure services, cloud infrastructure, and application deployment.
- Understanding of scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts with practical examples.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or DevOps Trainer.
- Experience in real-time implementation, migration, or support projects.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience delivering online training, classroom sessions, or corporate training.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications are an advantage.

Pay: ₹401,000.00 - ₹1,630,000.00 per year
