Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students through inbound and outbound calls to guide them toward successful admissions.
- Provide end-to-end admission counselling by understanding each student's needs, career aspirations and learning preferences.
- Deliver virtual or telephonic counselling sessions, product demos and course walkthroughs.
- Answer student queries on curriculum, learning outcomes, pricing, certifications and placement support.
- Negotiate course fees, discounts and payment plans within company guidelines.
- Follow up regularly to ensure high conversion and enrolment rates.




- Keep the CRM updated with accurate lead, enquiry and admission data.
- Work with the marketing, academics and operations teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
- Track daily calling activity and weekly/monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with students to drive renewals, referrals and upselling of advanced programs.
- Initially, this will be an individual contributor role. Based on performance, a team will be assigned after one year.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Experience:

- B2C : 5 years (Required)
- Edutech: 3 years (Required)
