Shield Lubricants & Specialities Pvt. Ltd. (est. 2010) markets automotive and industrial lubricants across 10+ states of India, with 2,500+ SKUs. Our group company Galaxy Lube India Pvt. Ltd. runs a 50,000 KL plant at MIDC Ambernath. We are hiring an HR Recruiter & Training Coordinator for our Patiala office.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (JD to joining)

- Understand each open role with the department head and prepare the JD, activity list and candidate self-evaluation yourself

- Source and sign up placement agencies; train them on the JD and follow up twice

- Get candidate technical and quantitative assessments filled, score them and compare candidates

- Conduct telephonic interviews, coordinate final interviews and track offer to joining

- Send morning plan,



evening MIS and a daily position-wise hiring tracker to management

Training (after joining) - Prepare department-wise training scripts using AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini) - Coordinate recordings and build a training library - Issue training to recent joiners, track daily progress and check their understanding

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
