Seguro Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, acquire international clients, and drive revenue growth for our IT services and software products.

The ideal candidate should have experience in international IT services sales, robust communication skills, and the ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, RFx platforms, freelance portals, and networking.
- Identify and develop business opportunities in international markets, including the US, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Handle RFx requirements, prepare proposals, and respond to client inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Manage sales pipelines, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into clients.
- Promote IT services, including WordPress development, responsive web development, Flutter mobile app development, and React and ASP.NET web application development.
- Support the sales and marketing of the company's web-based and mobile application products.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.




- 2–4 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
- Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT services sales with international clients.
- Experience in lead generation, RFx handling, and email marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience working with international markets, particularly the US, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of web development, mobile app development, and IT services.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, follow up with prospects, and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

- Familiarity with AI tools for lead generation, email outreach, and sales productivity.
- Experience in software product or SaaS sales.

Compensation and Benefits
