Job Summary

Fotia Ventures Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with full-time fieldwork, client interactions, lead generation, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
- Generate new leads through field visits, property promotions, and market research.
- Identify potential customers and build strong client relationships.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, site visit, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve business performance.




- Submit daily activity updates and regular performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to work entirely in the field.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct site visits, and achieve targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
- Must be available to join immediately or at the earliest.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000, depending on experience and interview performance.
