We’re Hiring: Sales & Vendor Coordination Executive

Location: Bareilly

Ayush Aromatics is looking for a proactive candidate who can connect with business customers, generate orders, and coordinate with vendors for product samples and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective companies, introduce our products, understand their requirements, and generate sales enquiries.
- Share product details and quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Contact vendors to check product availability, latest rates, sample availability, and delivery timelines.
- Compare vendor quotations and discuss pricing and commercial terms under management’s guidance.
- Coordinate sample arrangements with vendors and customers, collect feedback, and follow up on next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, quotations, samples, and orders in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Keep management updated on customer requirements, vendor responses,



and pending follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- Clear communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Confidence in making business calls and discussing product requirements and pricing.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome. Experience in telecalling, B2B sales, or vendor coordination is an advantage.

Education: 12th pass or graduate. Relevant skills and willingness to learn will be valued.

Salary: Based on skills and experience.
