Position Overview
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment across designated residential or commercial facilities. Working under the facilities management umbrella, this role oversees access control, routine physical surveillance, emergency response, and adherence to safety protocols to protect occupants, visitors, and property assets.
Key Responsibilities

- Access Control & Visitor Logging: Regulate ingress and egress of residents, employees,contractors, and visitors. Maintain visitor registers, verify identity credentials, and issue authorized visitor passes.
- Perimeter & Property Surveillance: Conduct scheduled physical patrols across entry points,common corridors, basements, utility rooms, and perimeter boundaries to deter unauthorized access and identify safety hazards.
- CCTV & Alarm Monitoring: Assist in monitoring surveillance feeds, fire alarms, and intrusion systems; report irregularities or system faults immediately to facility supervisors.
- Incident & Emergency Response: Serve as the frontline responder during medical emergencies,fire alarms,



power outages, or security breaches; coordinate swiftly with emergency services and facility leadership.
- Asset & Material Protection: Verify material gate passes for incoming and outgoing equipment,deliveries, or contractors to prevent theft or unauthorized property removal.
- Compliance & Daily Reporting: Enforce building code regulations, parking policies, and health/safety rules. Maintain accurate daily shift logs, occurrence books, and incident reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Minimum 8th standard
- Experience: Fresher/ Prior experience as a security guard, watchman, or facility security personnel in gated residential communities, corporate offices, or retail complexes preferred.
- Skills: Strong situational awareness, basic conflict resolution abilities, professional verbal communication, and familiarity with incident reporting procedures.
- Physical Demands: Ability to remain on foot for extended periods, walk regular patrol rounds, and work flexible 8- or 12-hour day/night shift rotations.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
