Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Siebel CRM Developer / Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Siebel configuration, development, integrations and enterprise application support.

The ideal candidate should have experience working on complex Siebel CRM implementations, preferably within the telecommunications domain, and be capable of independently managing technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure Siebel objects using Siebel Tools, including applets, views, screens, business components, business objects, links, picklists and joins.
- Develop eScript, business services, workflows and runtime events.
- Customise Siebel Open UI using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, presentation models and physical renderers.
- Develop and maintain Siebel EAI integrations using SOAP, REST, integration objects and data maps.
- Work with Siebel eCommunications, Order Management, Asset Management, Product Configuration, eConfigurator and Pricing.
- Support Siebel Cloud Manager, Upgrade Factory and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Perform data migration using EIM, SQL and PL/SQL.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyse logs and optimise application performance.
- Manage repository migrations, deployments and release activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and support code reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Oracle Siebel CRM development.




- Strong experience with Siebel Tools, eScript and workflows.
- Experience with Siebel eCommunications and telecommunications business processes.
- Strong knowledge of Order Management, Asset Management, Product Configuration and Pricing.
- Proficiency in Siebel Open UI, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.
- Experience with Siebel EAI, SOAP and REST integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Siebel Cloud Manager, Upgrade Factory and OCI.
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL and EIM experience.
- Experience in production support, performance optimisation and deployments.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.

Good to Have

- Oracle Siebel certifications.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Oracle SOA Suite or OSB.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Experience with recent Siebel CRM releases.
