Senior IAM / SailPoint Engineer – USA Onsite

Job Summary

KFORCETECH SOLUTIONS is looking to connect with experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professionals for potential USA onsite opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint, identity governance, access management, and enterprise security integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
- Configure identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, and de-provisioning workflows.
- Develop and maintain access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and access policies.
- Integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory, LDAP, enterprise applications, and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity provisioning issues.
- Work with security, infrastructure, and application teams to strengthen identity governance.
- Support security audits, compliance requirements, and IAM best practices.

Required Technical Skills

- 8+ years of relevant IT experience, with substantial hands-on IAM experience.
- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management,



access governance, RBAC, and provisioning.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, or OpenID Connect.
- Scripting or programming experience using Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Experience with REST APIs, enterprise application integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Requirements

- Candidates currently based in India may apply if they have existing U.S. work authorization appropriate for the role.
- Valid visa stamping, where applicable, is preferred.
- Must be willing and legally eligible to travel to and work onsite in the United States.
- Ability to provide an updated resume and confirm work authorization status during screening.
