Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Line Inspector to monitor and inspect the quality of products during the manufacturing process. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that fasteners meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect fasteners during production and ensure product quality.
- Perform in-process and final inspections of nuts, bolts, screws, and other fasteners.
- Check product dimensions using measuring instruments.
- Identify and report defective or non-conforming products.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and defect rates.
- Follow quality procedures and inspection standards.




- Ensure proper handling and segregation of rejected materials.

Required Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in quality inspection.
- Knowledge of fasteners manufacturing will be preferred.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensional inspection.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.

Required Skills

- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Thread Gauge
- Plug Gauge and Ring Gauge
- Basic knowledge of ISO quality standards.
- Inspection reporting and documentation.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in the fasteners or automotive manufacturing industry.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on the production line and coordinate with operators.
