PassionFruit is a specialist clinic for sexual health, mental health and relationship concerns. Our front desk is the first person patients meet, often when they are nervous. We need someone welcoming, discreet and well organised.

What you will do

- Greet patients and keep reception calm and private
- Answer calls and WhatsApp enquiries, and book appointments
- Manage the daily schedule, check-ins and billing at the desk
- Keep patient details confidential at all times
- Pass follow-up tasks to the patient care coordinator

You will fit if you have

- 1–3 years at a clinic, hospital or hotel front desk
- A polite, calm manner and comfort with sensitive health topics
- Basic computer skills and quickness with booking software
- English plus Kannada or Hindi
