ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager to join our growing team. You will work closely with design, development, and client servicing teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope. This is a great opportunity for graduates who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, initiate, and manage end-to-end project lifecycles across tech, and digital projects — defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with internal teams and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks early, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Facilitate standups, sprint planning, and review meetings while maintaining thorough documentation — including briefs, status reports, meeting notes, and change requests.
- Coordinate across design, development, and content teams to ensure smooth handoffs, quality delivery, and adherence to client expectations.




- Monitor resource allocation, flag capacity concerns to senior management, and contribute to building scalable project management frameworks within the organisation.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms — including ChatGPT, Claude, Gamma, and similar — to streamline project workflows, accelerate documentation, assist in reporting, and enhance day-to-day productivity across project tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A background in Computer Science is strongly preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
