Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to build targeted B2B prospect lists and manage cold email outreach for our IT and digital marketing services. The role focuses on finding relevant business contacts, maintaining clean databases, executing email campaigns, and generating qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research potential clients using Google Search, Google Maps, LinkedIn, company websites, and business directories.
- Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Business Owners, Directors, and Marketing Heads.
- Use AI tools and data enrichment platforms to find and verify business contact details.
- Build, clean, deduplicate, and segment prospect databases.
- Create and manage cold email campaigns and automated follow-up sequences.
- Monitor email deliverability, bounces, replies, and campaign performance.
- Maintain unsubscribe lists and suppression lists to support compliant outreach.
- Track campaign results and pass interested prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain lead and campaign records using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Experience





Minimum 1 year of experience in cold email outreach, email lead generation, B2B prospecting, or email campaign management preferred.
