What you'll do
- Own the overall QA strategy, test plans, and release sign-off across products.
- Build and mentor a team of manual and automation testers.
- Define coverage for the AI document-capture pipeline — accuracy, edge cases, and regressions.
- Partner with engineering and product to catch issues before they reach a factory.
- Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement of the QA process.
What we're looking for
- 5–9 years in software QA with at least 2 years leading a team.
- Solid grasp of test planning, defect lifecycle, and release management.
- Experience testing complex web applications end to end.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- Test automation experience (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium).
- Experience testing ERP/CRM or AI/ML-driven products.
