Position : Purchase Executive

Qualification : Graduate

Experience : Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Gold & Diamond Purchasing

Salary : SAR 3000

Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchasing of gold, diamonds and jewellery-related materials.
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate best possible prices and commercial terms.
- Monitor gold and diamond market prices before purchasing.
- Coordinate with suppliers from quotation stage until final delivery.
- Ensure purchases are made according to approved requirements and company procedures.
- Maintain proper purchase records and supplier information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely purchasing and delivery.
- Support management in achieving cost savings and better purchasing terms.
