Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment (non-IT/blue-collar & white-collar hiring), statutory compliance, and general HR operations. Candidates from a manufacturing background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across departments (production, quality, stores, admin, sales etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), consultants, and referrals
- Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and manage the selection process
- Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters
- Conduct induction and onboarding for new joiners
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage confirmation process and documentation post probation period
- Conduct exit interviews and handle full & final settlement coordination
- Maintain complete and updated employee documentation and personnel files as per audit requirements.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Address employee grievances and support a positive work culture
- Support other general HR operations and administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in HR, specifically in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance
- Industry Preference: Candidates from manufacturing/industrial background preferred
- Communication: Positive spoken and written English skills
- Skills: Familiarity with job portals, HR documentation
- Education: Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (recommended, please confirm)
