Job Summary
AKB Motors LLP – TVS is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee daily service operations, lead the service team, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve service department targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily service centre operations.
- Lead and monitor the performance of service advisors, technicians, and other service staff.
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor service revenue, labour sales, and department targets.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure the availability of required parts.
- Monitor job cards, vehicle status, and service records.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experience in automobile service operations.
- Previous experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Manager, or Assistant Service Manager is preferred.
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Candidates with solid automobile service management experience will be given preference.
