Job Description

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert with 0 – 2 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media management, content creation, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content strategies.
- Create and optimise paid advertising campaigns to improve reach, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop effective ad creatives and copy.
- Implement A/B testing and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools,



and platform updates.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website traffic analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- 0 –2 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Candidates with practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns will be preferred.
