Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of loading and unloading operations.
- Reduction in cargo damage, leakage, and shortage.
- Accurate quantity verification and documentation.
- Reduction in vehicle detention and turnaround time.
- Effective utilization of manpower and handling equipment.
- Compliance with safety standards.
- Timely reporting and resolution of operational discrepancies.

Qualifications and Experience

- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th standard; a graduate qualification is preferred.
- Experience: Fresher or 2–5 years in transportation, warehouse, logistics, Transportation or cargo-handling operations.
- Skills: Manpower supervision, basic computer knowledge, inventory verification, documentation, communication, and problem-solving.
- Preferred experience: Handling transport vehicles, industrial goods, drums, palletized cargo, and damage/shortage reporting.

Reporting Structure

- Reports to: Incharge/ Manager.
- Coordinates with:



Transport coordinators, drivers, warehouse staff, billing team, security, and customer representatives.

Warehouse Reporting to: Manager/Branch Incharge

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Loding/ Unloading & MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Accurate and rapid data-entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of transport/logistics operations.
- Ability to use GPS and vehicle-tracking software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain records.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of computers and printers.

Typical Qualification

- 10+2 or graduation, depending on the employer.
- Loading & Unloading with Company norms
- Knowledge of Excel and transport software is often preferred.

Pay: ₹8,274.91 - ₹18,000.00 per month
