Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled OT Technician to assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff in delivering efficient surgical care. The candidate will be responsible for preparing the operation theatre, handling surgical instruments, maintaining sterility, and supporting surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after surgeries.
- Ensure all surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables are available and functional.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Handle and sterilize surgical instruments and OT equipment.
- Monitor OT inventory and coordinate replenishment of supplies.
- Assist in patient positioning and transportation as required.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital guidelines.
- Maintain OT records and documentation accurately.
- Follow NABH and hospital safety standards.

Qualification
- Diploma/B.Sc in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital operation theatre.
- Knowledge of sterilization protocols and OT procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
