- Manage and optimise day-to-day operational workflows across deal execution, research, and firm functions.
- Design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process-improvement initiatives.
- Analyse business and operational data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and performance-tracking frameworks for leadership.
- Translate business requirements into explicit process specifications and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and accountability across teams.
- Support resource planning, capacity management, and operational budgeting.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the firm's functions.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities (20%)
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and internal knowledge-management processes.
- Contribute to technology and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in vendor, partner, and stakeholder coordination as required.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
