We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing / Campaign Manager to manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinate with publishers and advertisers, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, execution, and performance.
- Coordinate with publishers, advertisers, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign operations.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, traffic quality, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure campaign targets, timelines, and delivery commitments are met.
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance and growth.
- Manage tracking, reporting, campaign validation, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and business partners.
- Analyze campaign data and implement strategies to improve results.

Requirements





- Experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of campaign models such as CPA, CPL, CPI, and other performance-based models.
- Knowledge of traffic sources, tracking platforms, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a quick-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to campaign monitoring and performance improvement.
