The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective parents and students through the CBSE admission process, presenting the school’s academic philosophy and infrastructure compellingly, and achieving target enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Inquiries & Parent Interaction

- Serve as the face of the school for prospective parents, offering a warm, qualified, and confident first impression.
- Handle inbound phone inquiries, walk-ins, email queries, and website leads promptly and effectively.
- Conduct detailed, engaging campus tours that showcase the school’s academic offerings, CBSE curriculum highlights, safety standards, facilities, and co-curricular programs.

2. Convincing & Enrollment Conversion

- Build rapid rapport with parents, actively listening to their expectations, anxieties, and educational priorities for their children.
- Deliver persuasive, highly articulate presentations detailing how the school’s CBSE curriculum,



pedagogical methods, and values align with parents' aspirations.
- Address parents' objections, concerns, and competitive comparisons gracefully and convincingly.
- Follow up consistently and professionally with leads to drive high conversion rates from inquiry to final admission.

3. Admission Process & Counseling

- Guide parents smoothly through the CBSE admission criteria, documentation requirements, age eligibility norms, fee structures, and school policies.
- Assist in organizing student interactions, entrance evaluations, or readiness assessments.
- Manage student registration, document verification, and admission fee collection procedures in coordination with the accounts team.

4. Relationship Management & Outreach

- Build long-term, positive relationships with admitted families to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
- Represent the school during educational expos, open houses, orientation days, and community outreach events.
- Assist marketing teams in organizing campus open days, webinars, and interaction sessions.
