About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling, high-impact visual stories. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a sharp sense of storytelling, pacing and brand aesthetics, and understands how video drives engagement and performance across digital platforms.

You will work closely with our marketing, content and performance teams to produce videos for social media, paid advertising campaigns, brand films and product content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging final videos aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Produce high-performing short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, brand films, product videos).
- Create performance-driven ad creatives for Meta and Google, including multiple hook, format and aspect-ratio variations for A/B testing.
- Handle colour correction, colour grading, audio mixing, sound design and background score selection.
- Design and integrate motion graphics, text animations, transitions and visual effects.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop storyboards, scripts and visual concepts.
- Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles and platform best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality output within tight timelines.




- Maintain an organised library of raw footage, project files, templates and brand assets.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and maintain consistent quality across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 5 years of qualified experience in video editing (agency, brand, media house or D2C background preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong command of colour grading, audio editing and motion graphics.
- Proven experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube and paid social advertising.
- Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, rhythm and visual composition.
- Solid understanding of platform-specific formats, aspect ratios and export settings.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and openness to creative feedback.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce or D2C brand content.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing and generation tools (e.g., CapCut, Runway, Adobe Firefly).
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of ad performance metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR and ROAS.
- Experience with shooting, lighting or camera operation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
