About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR skilled to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is organised, people-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, sourcing, and interviews (Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and handle candidate onboarding
- Maintain attendance and leave records and prepare monthly payroll inputs
- Complete joining formalities and documentation (appointment letters, ID cards, employee records)
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, handle grievances, and improve retention




- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Manage exit formalities and support full and final settlements
- Prepare and share regular HR reports and MIS with management

Requirements

- 2-6 years of experience in HR (recruitment and HR operations)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Working knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, and payroll processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS tools
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Education: Graduate required; MBA (HR) preferred

Good to Have

- Experience in bulk hiring or telesales/BPO hiring
- Hands-on experience with attendance and payroll software
