- Appoint and develop tyre dealers and distributors in your territory
- Convert dealers of other brands to take our range as a line
- Visit counters every week to keep stock placed and moving
- Deliver a monthly target of about 100 to 300 tyres
- Negotiate price and scheme with dealers to open accounts
- Report volume and new dealers directly to the founder
- At senior levels, recruit and lead your own field executives
Preferred:
- 3+ years selling truck and bus tyres (TBR, TBB) in the field
- Your current or last job is in the tyre trade
- Tyre company, regional distributor or dealer: all welcome
- An existing dealer and distributor network in Gujarat
- Comfortable on the road across your territory through the week
- Fixed pay, plus an uncapped per-tyre incentive
