- Dispensing of medicines for OP & IP.
- Before dispensing prescription should be thoroughly checked.
- Marking the temperature chart, Defrosting list.
- Should update of narcotic Register.
- Prepare medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders.
- Align prescription
- IP Billing/OP Billing.
- Thorough understanding of dosage, administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands etc.
- Make sure medicines are stored appropriately and securely.
- Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster.
- Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labelling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration.
- Prepare medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each individual patient.
- Keep records of patient history and of all activities regarding heavy medication.
- Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.
- Plan, implement, or maintain procedures for mixing, packaging, or labelling pharmaceuticals,



according to policy and legal requirements, to ensure quality, security and proper disposal
- Maintain protected and clean working environment by complying with rules, procedures and regulations.
- Provide information and advice to patients about drugs, their effects, correct dosage, and proper storage
- Assess the identity, strength, or purity of medications
- Keep records such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, charge system files, inventories, registries of controlled drugs & narcotics.
- Ensuring correctness of all medication labels including auxiliary labels.
- Remove expiring items and keep track of near expiry medicines and report the same to supervisor.
- Minimizing dispensing error and Medication error
- Daily-Stock checking.
- Over all cleanse of the pharmacy.
- Procurement of Medicine at reorder level

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
