# Job Description – Lab Incharge (Pharma Warehouse) **Department:** Laboratory / Pharma Warehouse **Designation:** Lab Incharge **Reports To:** Senior Manager / General Manager ### Job Summary The Lab Incharge will be responsible for purchasing laboratory stock and consumables from vendors and selling/supplying laboratory stock to hospitals. The role includes procurement, inventory control, sales coordination, vendor management, and maintaining accurate stock and financial records. ### Key Responsibilities 1. **Purchase & Procurement** * Purchase laboratory stock, reagents, consumables, and other required items from approved vendors. * Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective procurement. * Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and follow up on pending orders. 2. **Sales & Hospital Coordination** * Manage the sale and supply of laboratory stock to hospitals as per their requirements. * Coordinate with hospital laboratories and concerned departments for order requirements. * Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of stock. * Maintain good relationships with hospital clients and vendors. 3. **Inventory & Stock Management** * Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, sold, and available.



* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. * Check expiry dates, batch numbers, and product quality. * Minimize stock discrepancies, wastage, and expiry-related losses. 4. **Documentation & Reporting** * Maintain purchase orders, sales invoices, delivery challans, and stock registers. * Reconcile physical stock with system records. * Prepare periodic purchase, sales, inventory, and outstanding payment reports. * Coordinate with the accounts department regarding vendor payments and customer outstanding balances. 5. **Operational Compliance** * Ensure proper storage and handling of laboratory materials as per applicable guidelines. * Follow company policies, procurement procedures, and documentation requirements. * Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations. ### Required Skills * Knowledge of laboratory products, reagents, and consumables. * Experience in purchase, sales, inventory, and warehouse operations. * Vendor negotiation and coordination skills. * Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and inventory/ERP systems. * Robust communication, record-keeping, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
