Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences, requirements, occasions, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable jewellery designs and explain pricing, offers, and purchase schemes.
- Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and assist with billing procedures.
- Maintain attractive jewellery displays and ensure showroom presentation standards.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, reviews, and future purchase opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall sales performance.





Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience are welcome.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; English communication is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong interest in sales, customer service, and achieving targets.
- Previous experience in jewellery retail or showroom sales will be an added advantage.
