Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Planner to manage workshop schedules, coordinate resources, monitor job progress, and ensure timely production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Convert customer orders into work orders and production schedules.
- Coordinate with stores, procurement, production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor material availability, work-in-progress, machine capacity, and delivery timelines.
- Track production output, machine utilisation, and schedule adherence.
- Maintain job cards, production reports, and planning records using Excel/ERP systems.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements





- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in production planning or workshop operations.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/MRP experience is an advantage.
- Solid planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
