Job Title: Architect

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve design- and site-related issues.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, building codes, and quality requirements.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building materials, and finishing works.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Salary

- ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
