Position: Production Head

Reporting : Director

Location: Pune

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Meet clients to understand project requirements.

2. Ensuring safety of all employees by safe working practices

3. Strong project management, administration, organizational and planning skills

4. Engaging the team for the ideas and suggestion for the process improvement

5. TIG/MIG welding procedure standards

6. Steel fabrication/finishing & painting procedure.

7. Awareness in engineer standards/ & drawing reading

8. Machining procedure/methods & standards

9. Assembly of equipment/standards

10. Awareness of store

11. Dispatch procedure

12. Capable for handling and guiding the team.

13.



Handle fabrication fitters/welders/machine operators and assembly fitters.

14. Handle shop floor for manufacturing of material handling equipment in project-based industry.

15. Stainless steel fabrication / finishing procedure and standards require for making food/ Pharma Equipment.

Education: DME/BE Mech

Experience: Experience: In. 8-15 years minimum experience in relevant field
