Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Advisor for a car showroom in Trichy. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requests, understanding vehicle issues, coordinating with technicians, explaining repair estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle servicing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle servicing and repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and record customer complaints accurately.
- Prepare job cards and explain service estimates, repair costs, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely service completion.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and obtain approval for additional work.
- Explain service invoices, replaced parts, and completed repairs during vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Follow up with customers after servicing to collect feedback and encourage repeat visits.
- Promote periodic maintenance, service packages, and other value-added services.




- Maintain customer records and achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in a car showroom, authorised service centre, or automobile workshop preferred.
- Basic knowledge of car servicing, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with service management software preferred.

Experience

- Preferred: 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
- Candidates with relevant automobile service experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
