Qualification: Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
Experience: 0–3 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys, take measurements and collect information required for project planning.
Supervise installation of mounting structures, solar modules, inverters, cabling, earthing and associated equipment as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with installation teams, suppliers and customers for smooth execution.
Plan daily activities, monitor progress and report delays or site issues.
Check material receipt, usage and availability at site.
Enforce electrical safety and work-at-height precautions.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution.
Basic understanding of electrical installations and ability to read drawings.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email.
Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid driving licence.
Remuneration and Allowances
Performance incentive: Linked to timely project completion, installation quality and satisfactory handover, against targets communicated in advance.
Mobile and petrol allowances will be paid separately.
TA/DA for travel outside Jaipur will be paid separately as per company policy.
Preference: Candidates residing in Jaipur who can regularly travel to project sites.
