Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Training & Development team. - Develop and implement training strategies. - Oversee process, behavioral, leadership, and upskilling programs. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps. - Monitor training effectiveness and learning KPIs. - Collaborate with HR and Operations to improve employee performance. - Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance in training delivery. Preferred Candidate Profile: - 15–20 years of relevant experience. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Experience in Training & Development within Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing. - Immediate joiners preferred.
