We are looking for a qualified and customer-oriented Retail Pharmacist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient counseling, managing pharmacy inventory, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and OTC medicines accurately and safely.
- Verify prescriptions and ensure appropriate medication dispensing.
- Counsel customers on dosage, usage, side effects, and precautions.
- Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, and check medicine expiry dates.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines and maintain pharmacy records.
- Handle customer queries and support daily pharmacy operations.
- Follow applicable pharmacy laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid pharmacist registration with the relevant State Pharmacy Council.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, and pharmacy operations.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
