Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager based in Bangalore to manage corporate and government accounts in the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales and a background in medical devices or industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage key corporate and government accounts in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process – from prospecting, presentations, technical discussions to deal closure.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth installation and post-sales support.
- Prepare proposals,



participate in tenders, and ensure documentation for government and institutional clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Graduate in Engineering, Science, or Business. MBA is a plus.
- 2–3 years of field sales experience in medical devices, hospital solutions, or industrial automation.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with hospital procurement teams, biomedical engineers, or government tenders is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Karnataka and nearby regions.
