We are looking for a professional, target-oriented, and experienced Sales Executive to manage and expand our sales network across grocery stores, cafés, hotels, restaurants, malls, supermarkets, and other retail outlets. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing clients, and increasing product sales across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage sales across assigned geographical areas.
- Visit grocery stores, supermarkets, cafés, hotels, restaurants, malls, and retail outlets to promote and sell company products.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Plan daily market visits, sales routes, and customer follow-ups efficiently.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain sales reports, customer records, outstanding payments, and market visit updates.




- Explore new markets and expand the company's distribution network.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG sales, retail sales, or B2B sales.
- Experience in handling grocery stores, cafés, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, or modern trade accounts will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple areas and customer accounts.
- Good knowledge of market development, sales planning, and target achievement.
- Strong follow-up, reporting, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits and client meetings.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel and sales reporting tools.
