About the Role:-

We're looking for a energetic, people-first HR professional who can own the full HR function at a fast-paced performance marketing agency. This isn't a back-office role you'll be on the floor, shaping culture, driving hiring, and keeping the team engine running. If you've worked in an agency setting and thrive in ambiguity, we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Full-Cycle Recruitment Source, screen, interview, and onboard talent across departments.
- Payroll & Attendance Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave records with accuracy
- Onboarding Build and maintain structured onboarding processes and trackers to ensure smooth joiner experiences
- Learning & Development Identify skill gaps and coordinate L&D; initiatives for the team
- Culture & Discipline Maintain workplace standards, monitor team dynamics, and foster a high-performance professional workplace




- Team Engagement Plan Saturday evening and other team engagement activities
- HR Communications Draft internal announcements, employer branding content, and employee-facing communications

What We're Looking For:-

- 0–1 years of HR experience, preferably in a marketing agency or digital agency setup.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and L&D;
- Strong understanding of the pace and culture of agency environment fast-moving, lean teams, multiple priorities
- Leadership qualities ability to take ownership, make decisions independently, and influence without authority
- High emotional intelligence with excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-driven, adaptable, and solutions-oriented

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
