About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- SEO & Content Strategy: Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings (SEO) and drive organic traffic.
- Paid Campaigns (PPC): Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate quality leads.
- Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Design and run email/messaging campaigns to nurture leads and engage with clients or candidates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (KPIs)



using Google Analytics and social insights, and prepare regular reports to measure campaign success.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience [e.g., 0-2 years / freshers with strong skills are welcome] in digital marketing or social media handling.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
