Job Summary

Coordinate vehicle placement and transportation schedules to meet customer movement requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect transport requirements and coordinate suitable vehicle placement with approved transporters.

- Confirm pickup, route and delivery instructions with drivers and branch teams.

- Track vehicle arrival, loading, departure and delivery milestones.

- Follow up on vehicle shortages, transit delays and missed appointments.

- Maintain transporter follow-up records, trip details and pending movement lists.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate preferred. Relevant experience in logistics,



transportation or the role’s core function is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing time-sensitive follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.

Skills

Vehicle coordination, transporter follow-up, route awareness, scheduling and Excel.
