You will be the final point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive fast, polite, and accurate service.Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Checkout: Process cash, credit card, and UPI/digital payments accurately using the restaurant POS system.
- Cash Management:
Count the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts to ensure amounts are correct and balances match.
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, answer basic questions, and hand over change and bills politely.
- Receipts & Invoicing: Issue receipts, refunds, change, or loyalty points correctly.
- Counter Cleanliness: Keep the billing desk clean, organized, and stocked with thermal rolls and stationery.
