Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project management, account management, client relationship building, and upselling opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, strengthening business relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Handle client accounts, ensuring smooth communication, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
- Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and effectively manage expectations.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Build strategies for account growth, client retention,



and business expansion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project objectives.
- Conduct regular client meetings, provide project updates, and gather feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 6–7 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of upselling, cross-selling, and account growth strategies.
- Excellent client handling, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects, client expectations, and delivery timelines.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term client partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
