Most EXIM roles focus on processing documents and coordinating shipments. This one is about ensuring that every import and export moves smoothly, compliantly, and on time - from documentation and customs clearance to banking formalities and final transaction closure. You will work at the intersection of international logistics, customs, trade finance, and compliance, coordinating with freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHAs), banks, warehouses, and internal teams. Your role will be critical in preventing delays, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that every shipment and payment is properly tracked and closed. You will not simply manage paperwork. You will take ownership of the entire EXIM process and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Role & Responsibility :-

1. Own Import Operations. Coordinate import documentation, freight quotations, customs clearance, Bills of Entry (BOEs), duty payments, transport, and warehouse coordination. Manage courier imports,bonded shipments, and applicable duty exemption schemes.

2.Drive Export Execution. Prepare export invoices, packing lists, Proforma Invoices, and shipping documents. Coordinate Shipping Bills, shipment tracking, logistics, dispatches,



and export documentation for domestic and SEZ-related operations.

3. Manage Banking & Trade Finance. Coordinate import remittances, export proceeds, bank submissions, and transaction closures. Track IDPMS, EDPMS, eBRC, IRM, and other applicable trade finance requirements.

4. Ensure Trade Compliance. Verify HSN codes, customs documentation, DGFT requirements, RoDTEP claims, duty credit scrips, and applicable SEZ and bonded warehouse compliances.

5. Coordinate Special Shipments. Manage freight arrangements, special-handling and hazardous-goods approvals, packaging requirements, insurance, and transit-related issues wherever applicable.

6. Keep Documentation & Reporting on Track. Maintain accurate shipment and payment records, update Excel trackers, monitor pending clearances and transactions, and escalate delays, discrepancies, and compliance risks.
