Job Overview

3Wheels.AI is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Operations Executive to join our team in Lucknow. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who want to build their careers in data operations, data management, and AI-driven workflows.

The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of MS Excel, basic coding, and AI tools, along with a strong willingness to learn and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Excel and internal systems.
- Clean, validate, organize, and manage datasets.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries using MS Excel.
- Use Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic pivot tables.
- Apply basic coding or scripting to automate repetitive tasks.
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to support research and data processing.




- Prepare documents and presentations using MS Office applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and communicate updates effectively.
- Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of company and client data.
- Complete assigned tasks within daily and weekly deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech or BCA graduate.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Understanding of data entry, data cleaning, and data management.
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or another programming language is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Excel formulas, filters, sorting, and pivot tables.
- Basic data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of AI tools and effective prompting techniques.
- Basic automation and scripting skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
