Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general nursing care services within the scope of nursing standards.
- Use professional nursing processes, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, while carrying out nursing responsibilities.
- Responds to emergency health care needs of patients.
- Carry out admission and discharge procedures of the patient.
- Provide and maintain a therapeutic environment for the patients and families.
- Articulate the primary nursing role to the family and health team members.
- To promote patient’s independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications and self care skills.
- Monitor and clinically direct nursing support personnel in the performance of dedicated nursing activities.
- To evaluate assigned patients and plan, implements and document the nursing care.
- Document relevant patient information.
- Beds making of serious patients and stable patients and help (or) guide ward technicians to make beds, by supplying linen.




- To maintain personal hygiene and comfort of the patient.
- Attend to the nutritional needs of the patient and feed the helpless patients.
- Maintain clean and safe environment for the patient.
- Implement and maintain ward policies and routines.
- Coordinates patient care with other team members.
- Attend rounds with the doctor and carryout the recent order and make sure it has been done.
- To adapt and follow hospital policy.
- Appropriate care to be provided according to the described unit scope of service.
- Perform various technical tasks related to nursing care.

Qualification: B.Sc Nursing, DGNM(3 Years), Post B.Sc & M.Sc

Experience: 0 to 5 Years
