Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Travel Sales)*

*Job Overview*

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive *Lead Generation Executive* to handle and qualify incoming travel inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers who have shown initial interest (via missed calls, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, or other sources) but later become unresponsive or hesitant.

Your main goal is to *re-engage, verify, and convert leads into genuine prospects* for our holiday packages.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Call leads generated through platforms such as *Meta Ads, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and missed calls*

* Reconnect with users who initially showed interest but later gave excuses like:

* “Not interested”

* “By mistake inquiry”

* “Just checking”

* Convince and engage customers by saying:

* “We received your inquiry / missed call / message regarding holiday packages”

* Identify whether the lead is *genuine or not*

* Build interest and explain relevant travel packages

* Handle objections confidently and convert cold leads into warm leads





* Maintain proper follow-ups and lead status in CRM

* Coordinate with the sales team for further conversions

* Ensure high-quality communication and customer experience

*Required Skills*

* Strong *communication and convincing skills* (Hindi & basic English)

* Positive *telecalling / sales experience* (travel industry preferred)

* Ability to handle rejection and objections

* Confident, smart, and result-oriented approach

* Basic knowledge of *holiday packages and destinations*

* Familiarity with *CRM tools and lead management*

*Experience*

* 0–1 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

* Experience in *telecalling / lead generation / travel sales* is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
