Job Profile Summary
This is a 100% remote job profile where you will work from home to make outbound calls to prospective students interested in Digital Marketing courses. Your primary responsibility is to counsel leads, understand their career goals, explain the institute's course advantages, and guide them through the final admission process.KeyResponsibilities & Daily Tasks
- Lead Counseling: Call prospective candidates from home to understand their educational and career requirements.
- Course Explanation: Educate candidates about the curriculum, benefits, and career prospects of the Digital Marketing courses offered by the institute.
- Admission Conversion: Guide interested students through the enrollment funnel and secure final admissions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential leads to build trust and resolve their queries.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly or monthly admission and calling targets effectively.
