Key Responsibilities

Lead admissions teams to achieve student enrolment, revenue, and fee collection targets.

● Drive campus-level business performance with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.

● Monitor P&L;, prepare revenue forecasts, track budgets, and implement corrective actions to bridge performance gaps

. ● Manage the complete admissions funnel, improve lead conversion, and ensure effective CRM utilization.

● Lead, mentor, and review admissions managers, counsellors, and team leaders.

● Handle high-value admissions, parent counselling, negotiations, and complex enrolment cases.

● Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and acquisition efficiency.

● Monitor key metrics, including conversion rates, revenue per student, collections, team productivity, and discounts.

● Ensure adherence to fee structures, discount policies, admission processes, and documentation standards.

● Partner with academic, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless student onboarding and fee realization.

● Identify new business opportunities, referral channels,



and strategies to strengthen campus growth.

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant discipline.

● 9–14 years of experience in admissions, education sales, or business development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

● Proven track record of achieving enrolment and revenue targets in a B2C or education-focused business.

● Strong understanding of P&L;, budgeting, revenue forecasting, fee collections, discount management, and profitability.

● Experience managing large teams, driving conversion, and improving business performance.

● Robust analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ● Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and performance reporting.

● Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.

● Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak admission seasons.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
