Hiring: SAP PPQM L2 Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PPQM L2 Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) to support ongoing SAP application support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for SAP PP and QM modules, including incident analysis and resolution.
- Troubleshoot issues related to production planning, shop-floor execution, and quality management.
- Support configuration and troubleshooting of BOM (Bill of Materials), Work Centers, Routings, Production Orders, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Handle QM processes such as Inspection Plans, Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, Inspection Characteristics, and Usage Decisions.
- Analyze integration issues between SAP PP, QM, MM, and other related modules.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring application issues.
- Manage support tickets, adhere to SLA timelines, and coordinate with technical teams for complex issues.
- Support functional testing, regression testing, and documentation of solutions.





Required SAP Skills

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM.
- Strong experience in SAP PP/QM L2 production support.
- Knowledge of MRP runs, production planning, production order processing, and capacity planning.
- Experience with QM inspection processes, quality notifications, and defect recording.
- Understanding of SAP PP-QM integration and integration with SAP MM.
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar.
- Good understanding of SAP configuration, testing, and support documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/QM.
- Knowledge of IDocs, interfaces, and basic debugging for troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
